The OTL is excited to announce that the call for 2025-2026 Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Faculty Fellowship (SFF) program is now open. The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) is a systematic inquiry into student learning by engaging in research regarding pedagogical and curricular design and implementation practices that impact student learning.

This year, the SoTL Faculty Fellows program invites projects that are specifically focused on exploring learning tools in the classroom. Though not a requirement, we are especially interested in looking at new teaching practices/projects that involve AI. These could include, but are not limited to:

  • Studies challenging students to use AI
  • Integrating AI into regular teaching practices
  • Successful use of e-portfolios/digication in the classrooms
  • Evaluating the accessibility and efficacy of learning tools such as chatbots
  • And more!

For those interested, please review the Program Description and the Call for Applications. More detailed information is available on the OTL SoTL website.

For best consideration, submit your application materials by Monday, April 14th, 2025, at 5 pm. Any questions about the program can be directed to Dr. Kayoung Kim, Director of Scholarship of Teaching and Learning & Faculty Learning Communities.
