Please save the date for the Fall Quarter ’24 Provost Conference on Universal Design for Learning (UDL). UDL provides a chance to better understand neurodiversity in our DU community and offers an approach to teaching and learning that seeks to accommodate all learners’ needs.
In support of expanding accessible spaces on campus and in preparation for our conversation on UDL in the fall, please join Provost Mary Clark for a series of Accessibility Workshops and Events co-hosted by the Office of Equal Opportunity & Title IX, the Office for Faculty Affairs in conjunction with the Office for Teaching & Learning, and the Accessibility Council. These workshops will be held throughout Spring and Fall Quarters ’24 and will include:
- UDL Your Course. Please visit OTL’s new UDL page and read more about it in our OTL section.
- Digital Accessibility at DU. Please join us for Global Accessibility Awareness Day at DU. At this event, we will focus on tools to create high-quality digital experiences for every user on May 16th, 2024. For more information, please click here.
- Look for the “Hosting Accessible Events at DU” workshop in Fall ‘24. This workshop is designed to provide information and tools for hosting an accessible event on campus.
