Back by popular demand! This summer, starting in July and following a successful spring pilot, we will continue to host “Write-in-Place” sessions where faculty can sit together and work.
Wednesdays — 11am – 1pm
Fridays 9am – 1pm (Check in at 9am, 11am, & 1pm)
Also known as “write-on-site” or “shut-up-and-write,” these low structure events let us write together with others and receive support. We start and end each session with a short check-in, but the bulk of the time is for you to use to reach your goals (and eat snacks!). Starting in August 2021, the Friday write-on-site will be in-person. Join Alison Staudinger in Anderson Academic Commons 340 in the Library any time Fridays in August between 9-1, or continue to sit with us virtually via zoom.
For Fall 2021, we will continue to offer write-in-place opportunities, both virtual and in-person. We also are accepting applications to join a Writing Accountability Group (WAG). To express interest in one or both of these opportunities, please click here:
