Supporting your Success and Flourishing: Winter and Spring Programming

Jan 11, 2021

The theme of winter quarter programming is recharging and sustainability in faculty work, especially in this pandemic year. The first session focuses on balance in your career in these challenging times and through the second session that explores building and sustaining connection and community via mentoring networks.

The spring programming begins with a third session that focuses on planning a research agenda and publication pipeline and will include easy tools to visualize and prioritize longer term plans. The fourth workshop focuses on applying project management tools to academic projects and includes a working session in which you take one of your priority projects and apply the project management process. The last session focuses on how to target journals for publication, prepare manuscripts, and approach revising academic manuscripts. We hope that together these sessions will support you through the rest of the academic year and help support a sustainable and successful rhythm in your academic work.
