Well@DU Employee Wellness Program offers virtual Guided Meditation sessions twice a week and Mindful Movement and Meditation sessions once a week. Taking place every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, these offerings run year-round, are free, and are open to all employees.

All sessions are guided by Kara Traikoff, a mindfulness instructor and coach trained through the Center for Mindfulness at UMASS Medical School and the Mindfulness Center at Brown University. She teaches from the heart of her dedicated personal practice and is passionate about encouraging others to experience and live the fullest life possible.

Guided Meditation
A 20-minute guided mindfulness meditation practice, followed by questions and open conversation.

Mindful Movement & Meditation
A 30-minute mindful movement practice (walking meditation and gentle stretching), including a 20-minute guided meditation, followed by questions and open conversation.
