Beginning September 1, all newly hired faculty and staff (benefitted or non-benefitted), will receive notification from Pioneer@Work, DU’s comprehensive Talent Management System. This new Learning Management System (LMS) will be a training resource for new employees and will eventually become the LMS for all benefited and non-benefited faculty and staff. The system functionality also allows for compliance training to be automatically assigned and will give employees the opportunity to search for professional development sessions as we build out the system. This System does not replace CANVAS as the learning system for faculty and staff.

The courses all newly hired faculty and staff will be asked to complete include: Preventing Harassment and Discrimination for Higher Education, Active Shooter Preparedness Training, FERPA Training, Managing Bias, and University Policies and Guidelines.
