As you may be aware, the Office of the Associate Provost of Research is pleased to offer faculty free copyediting for externally funded grant proposals and journal articles.
Working with a professional editor improves the likelihood of getting your papers published and grants funded. An editor can identify surface errors, improve sentence economy, and apply an overall polish to your work.

Manuscripts are returned to authors within three weeks, often sooner

How do I request the service?
Email your manuscript to Interim Associate Provost for Research Kimberly Bender with a request for copyediting. She will put you in touch with one of our two editors
