In February, participants in the New Faculty Academy were introduced to the ideals of shared governance, academic freedom, and freedom of expression at sessions hosted by leaders of Faculty Senate, AAUP, and Freedom of Expression and Pluralism Initiatives.
If you are interested in learning more about Free Expression and Pluralism Initiatives at DU, consider registering for SPARK 2025 on Monday, April 7, 2025 from 10am-4pm in Anderson Academic Commons 290. SPARK is where we gather as a community to cultivate ideas, further connections, encourage respectful disagreements, promote learning and growth, and, ultimately, gain a deeper understanding of diverse perspectives within our community.
