Supported by Lina Reznicek-Parrado, Faculty Affairs Fellow for Workload Equity, the GSSW DEAP team explored their research-based change process as well as options to interrogate their own practices and policies around how to distribute workload so that it is taken-up, made visible, and rewarded.
