Loisa Fenichell holds a BA in Literature and Creative Writing from SUNY Purchase College and an MFA in Poetry from Columbia University. Now, she is beginning a PhD program in English and Creative Writing at the University of Denver and has recently moved from Brooklyn, NY to Denver, CO. She is also the new VPFA Communications Assistant. Her poetry has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize, Best of the Net, and Best New Poets, and has been featured in a variety of literary journals. She also has a debut full-length collection forthcoming this September from Ghost Peach Press, called Wandering in all directions of this earth.
