IChange is a collaboration of post-secondary institutions working to broaden participation among STEM faculty through institutional culture change. The IChange Network catalyzes change through a structured self-assessment and action plan process.
The DU IChange team is currently soliciting faculty feedback on our draft action plan. Following SMART! action plan guidelines, we outline eight possible actions, providing area of work (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, community, belonging), major goal and rationale, recommendations for accountability and means of support, and progress indicators for each.
