Registration Open: UDL Your Course on January 10th

Dec 4, 2022

By: Ellen Hogan, Accessibility Technologist for Learning and Instruction, Office of Teaching & Learning

UDL Your Course is back for another run! The UDL Your Course workshop series was designed to support faculty members in exploring and understanding the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) Framework. UDL is an inclusive model for teaching that centers the needs of students with disabilities, with the overall goal of creating a learning environment that is accessible by all students without the need for accommodations. Join OTL’s Accessibility Technologist for Learning and Instruction, Ellen Hogan and other OTL guest speakers for events throughout the month of January!

Each workshop is unique and attendees do not need to attend every event. In addition, all workshops can be applied to the Adjunct Teaching Excellence Program for the Accessibility and UDL competency (synchronous) component. The workshop can also be applied to the Teaching for Inclusion and Equity (TIE) Foundational Badge.
