Join the Faculty Learning Community: Teaching and Professional Faculty Tools for Success

Nov 1, 2022

Tools for Success is a faculty learning community designed for teaching and professional faculty (TPF) in the assistant rank at DU. The FLC will explore areas essential to the success of TPF, including community building, effective instruction, DU culture, promotion, national trends, and the roles of TPF. We will utilize Haviland et al.’s 2020 book Inclusive Collegiality and Non Tenure-Track Faculty: Engaging All Faculty as Colleagues to Promote Healthy Departments and Institutions in our sessions (available at the DU library).

The FLC will be led by Dr. Laura E. Sponsler, Clinical Associate Professor, Higher Education, and Resident Scholar and TPF.
