Workload Equity Report First Draft: Feedback Requested

Jun 2, 2022

With great gratitude to the Workload Equity Committee, attached please find a draft report. We write to invite your review and feedback, especially any additional material/efforts we should include or edits that will be important in the final version. Please send these comments to committee co-chairs Renee Botta and Kate Willink by July 15.

The report will be finalized and shared formally towards the end of the summer. Deans will engage this report as part of their August retreat.  Senators will discuss the report at the first Autumn Faculty Senate meeting and next year’s Workload Equity Committee work will begin their work (see their charge in the report). We will also share this draft with other campus stakeholders to make sure the final draft is as comprehensive and accurate as possible.

We would like to thank this committee for all the work they did to create this report and to engage and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
