Scenario-Based Virtual Training: Creating Inclusive Campus Climates for Chairs and Directors

Join current and former DU chairs and directors for a faculty-developed, scenario-based workshop designed to support an inclusive campus climate. The workshop’s developers, as well as subject experts from relevant departments like the Office of Teaching and Learning, Title IX/Equal Opportunity (EEO), Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ODEI), will facilitate small group discussions, followed by large-group share-out designed to cultivate a community of practice so that participants not only learn how and when to intervene in specific circumstances but to also build upon the relationships already developed in the Chair Advisory Board so participants leave feeling like they have a “phone a friend” relationship with those who can support them in creating a more inclusive climate.
