Free Faculty Resource: Guided Meditation with Kara

Please join Kara every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday for guided meditation. Mindful breathing and meditation sessions allow you to take a few moments to check in, breathe, and connect. No experience is necessary and all DU community members are welcome at no cost.

Each session is 20 minutes long and held in the Evans Memorial Chapel.

Mondays: 12:30pm – 1pm
Wednesdays: 7:30am – 8am
Thursdays: 12:30pm – 1pm and 4:30pm – 5pm.
