Preparing for Promotion to Full Professor Panel & Workshop

This first of a three-part series helps you prepare mentally and practically to apply for promotion to Full Professor. We begin with demystifying the process with a panel of Professors from various series, units, and backgrounds who will share their experiences. The panel conversation will be followed by guided work time and a toolkit for you to use to develop your promotion materials and overcome any mental blocks that might keep you from seeing yourself as a Full Professor.

Part 2 (summer) will be a peer-to-peer sharing of materials including narratives from successful promotion cases, and Part 3 (fall) will be a chance to share and receive feedback on your draft promotional narrative and materials.
