As we know, faculty (and academic leader!) burnout is real. Managing faculty workload in an equitable way is important and challenging. Here are some virtual and actual resources to better understand and support faculty thriving:

Free Faculty Resource: Human Resources & Inclusive Community

Faculty and staff are invited to join virtual meditation and mindful movement sessions every week through the Well@DU program.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 11:15 am – 11:45 am, join instructor Kara Traikoff for a 20-minute guided mindfulness and meditation practice, followed by questions and open conversation.

On Fridays from 12:00 pm –1:00 pm, take part in “Mindful Movement and Meditation,” a 30-minute mindful movement practice (walking meditation and gentle stretching) and a 20-minute guided meditation, followed by questions and open conversation.
