New Faces: Linzy Coffey, Wellbeing Program and Benefits Coordinator and Team Leader of the Faculty and Staff Support Network (FSSN)

Meet Linzy Coffey, DU’s Wellbeing Program and Benefits Coordinator. This role supports the Benefits Team within Human Resources & Inclusive Community. Linzy is an energetic, innovative, and collaborative team member responsible for the day-to-day administration, development, and management of the Well@DU Program.

Well@DU hosts special events such as the Crimson Classic 5k, on-campus flu shots, free fitness and meditation classes, and various workshops that unify campus initiatives and strengthen our DU community. With a holistic approach, the program offers free or discounted programming to employees across a myriad of wellbeing categories: physical, nutritional, emotional and mental, social, occupational/purposeful, spiritual, financial, and environmental.

With the launch of the Faculty Staff Support Network (FSSN), Linzy works with the team to provide resources. Whether it’s connecting employees to free and confidential counseling through our Employee Assistance Program or making sure parents have the support they need, she is here to walk alongside employees during difficult times.
